We manufacture all aviaries and panels on site.
We will build anything a customer requests, so long as it can be made from wood, aluminium and weldmesh.

PANELS

Our stock panels are 6’ x 2’, 6’ x 3’ and 6’ x 4’. They are made using 2” x 1” sawn timber, pressure treated and dipped. The weldmesh fitted as standard is 1” x ½” 19g.(Small bird), 1” x ½” 16g.(larger birds), or ¾” x ¾” 16g.(larger birds).

Aluminium panels are recommended for Parrot like birds or heavy chewers. The weldmesh fitted can be as heavy as 10g. for Macaws and large Cockatoos.

Standard doors are either full size or 4' x 2' for safer access.

Non-standard panels are only made to order. They can be any size or shape, use any type of timber specified and any size or weight of weldmesh. We supply more of these than standard panels. The price list below gives an indication of panel styles that can be made.

AVIARIES

We make any size or shape of aviary that a customer requires. This can be a simple starter aviary to a complex aviary block costing several thousand pounds. We have found that providing a catalogue of "stock aviaries" does not really work. Each customer requires a product which will enhance his garden, fit a certain space, suit a particular species of bird, or match his budget.

AVIARIES

We manufacture standard aviaries based on the modular panel principle.
They are simple rectangles, hexagons and octagons.
We are more than pleased to build to your own design, no matter what shape or size.
Indoor aviaries can be built to fit into any home.
All Aviaries are built to be easily erected, usually by one person.

Morley Aviaries and Morley Wood Works manufacture all of their own Breeding cages, Nestboxes, and wooden articles.

NESTBOXES

Nestboxes come in an infinite number of shapes and sizes. Either tell us the type of bird it is for or specify the size and shape you require.

Inspection doors are built in to all but the smallest boxes, as are ladders. Materials used are plywood or, if requested, timber.
